Baptiste - indie developer of Kuri 1.560 Jan 3 This important update brings major changes under the hood, due to the shutdown of a tool that allowed Kuri to sync data.

I’ve had to roll up my sleeves to find a new solution, while making sure your data stays safe.

Please update as soon as possible to avoid any issues in 2026 :)

Thank you all, and wishing you a wonderful and happy 2026!

Baptiste — Kuri’s developer 1.559 Jan 2 Bug fix on the Search feature.
Thank you for your comments!
Baptiste - indie developer of Kuri 1.558 09/16/2025 Lots of bugs fixed!

Thanks to all the feedback I’ve received, I was able to work on improvements to Kuri and fix a number of bugs. Here’s what’s new:

Ingredient exclusions: excluded ingredients are now applied everywhere. You won’t see recipes that contain the ingredients you want to avoid.

Batch cooking: you can now select recipes directly from your weekly meal plan. When you create a batch cooking session, the recipes from your plan will appear at the top of the selection window, making it easier to batch cook your weekly menus. Jumping straight from the meal plan to batch cooking could be an option in the future, but with more than 4 recipes, it becomes tricky for the AI to create a relevant session.

Lost images on imported recipes: imported recipe photos used to disappear, since Instagram and TikTok links only last a few days. From now on, I’ll store the images so they don’t get lost.

Thanks for your feedback, and thanks for using Kuri!

Baptiste – Kuri’s developer 1.557 09/10/2025 In this update, I've solved an issue where when creating a meal plan with the magic meal planner, if you selected "favorites and imported recipes only", hardly any imported recipes would be selected. This was due to a harsh filter affecting only imported recipes.

Thank you Améline for the suggestion!

Baptiste - indie developer of Kuri 1.556 08/15/2025 In this update, I've made sure that every recipe you import or create gets accurate nutrition information.

Additionally, this update packs a few bug fixes, mostly related to Kuri Premium.

Also, expect a brand new look for Kuri's Feed in September :)
Thank you!

Baptiste - indie developer of Kuri 1.555 08/06/2025 A couple of small updates to the meal plan! Big thanks to Celia for the suggestion!

You can now add your “quick meals” to your menus, the ones that aren’t really recipes but are still part of your everyday routine.
Just add a meal to your menu, and you’ll now see a “Quick Meal” option that you can name yourself.

It’s a handy way to include your go-to meals in your menus without needing a full recipe.

Thanks again to Celia for the idea :)

And feel free to keep sending me more, it helps me keep improving Kuri!

Additionally, I've also fixed a bug where on a question in the magic meal planner, if you tapped "more options" in the list of ingredients you have, it'd skip to the next question. Fixed!

Have a great week,
Baptiste – indie developer of Kuri 1.554 06/05/2025 In this update, I've fixed a bug on the meal planner where you sometimes couldn't select breakfast recipes. Thank you Victoria for your feedback!

Baptiste - indie developer of Kuri 1.553 05/09/2025 Meal Planning / Weekly Menu Improvements!

Thanks to Fiona and Audrey for their great suggestions.

From now on:

- Improvement: when you're viewing a recipe and want to add it to your menu, you have more control — you can choose the day, the meal, or add it to the next available day.
- You can now see the day of the week on each "day" of the menu, not just the date.
- Bug fix: it’s now possible to select a breakfast when replacing a meal.

More small improvements like these are coming to the meal planner!

Thanks everyone,
Baptiste – Developer at Kuri 1.552 04/30/2025 Bug fixes and performance optimizations 1.551 04/24/2025 Improvements to the shopping list!
Thanks to Robin for his suggestions. Here’s what’s new:

- Fixed a bug that removed manually added items from the shopping list when adding more recipes.
- You can now manage quantities directly from the shopping list, without having to go back to the recipe.

Feel free to send me your ideas, suggestions, and feedback at baptiste@kuri.co

Thanks, and have a great week, everyone!
Baptiste – indie developer of Kuri 1.550 04/09/2025 Bug fixes related to the PDF export feature.

Baptiste - indie developer of Kuri 1.549 04/01/2025 Bug fixes & performance improvements 1.548 03/27/2025 2 new features in this update! Thanks to the tireless Benoît for his suggestions :)

First: I've made Kuri highlight recipes in the Feed that you haven't tried yet :) This will bring a bit more diversity to the Feed.

Second: you can now export a recipe as a PDF! On a recipe, tap the button in the top right. Only available on Kuri recipes for now. If you think this would be useful for imported recipes, let me know by email: baptiste@kuri.co

Thank you!

I continue to read all your ideas and suggestions, and I'm preparing a great redesign of the "meal planning" to go much further in Kuri's mission!

Have a great week everyone,
Baptiste - indie developer of Kuri 1.547 03/26/2025 In this update, I've made the Cooking Interface faster. It will generate crystal clear cooking method in a jiffy!
